And so it was repeated several times in a row, until she finally realized that I had no card and I was just planning to open it. Further with the order. I purchased two goods through UkrPoshta. I thought that when registering the delivery, a window would appear with the input of the recipient's data, as on normal sites. But no. The website will ask you to choose the desired post office to receive the order and that's it. I will clarify that in case of registration, the site asks only for a name (which is not verified in any way), a phone number and an e-mail address, which is absolutely not enough to indicate as data on the parcel. In this regard, I contacted a consultant by phone and asked a question about how I can generally receive the goods and prove in the mail that I am the recipient? Only then I was offered to indicate my data (full name). Why couldn't this be done on the site? And what would have happened if not for my question during the call? Remains a mystery. The comedy didn't end there. My name is Eugene, in Ukrainian the name is spelled Eugeniy and nothing else. How did the male consultant indicate the name as data on the parcel? Evgeniy ... Also, when placing an order and when viewing the same order in your personal account, two completely different order numbers are indicated. The store does not confirm the purchase for Letishops, you have to fiddle with self-confirmation. The product has not yet received, but I think that what happened is already quite sufficient for writing a review.
