- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;

- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

We checked your latest orders - cashback for them was credited correctly, based on the product categories in Aliexpress.
You may be referring to the difference in the amount of orders. It is related to the rate at which the currency was converted on Aliexpress and here. The cost of all goods on Aliexpress is initially in dollars.
Before publishing on the Russian-language version of the site, Aliexpress performs conversion into rubles. The store sends us information about the amount of the order in dollars. And we, in turn, convert it into rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the time the order is received in our system. Due to the fact that the rates at which we and Aliexpress can convert currency may differ, the order amount may also differ.

On 11.11 I bought several goods, in the amount of 18,000, letishops for 13 orders of KB were not credited. We paid compensation of 34 rubles per order, but this is not serious: (If Ali changed the tracking conditions, why are you hanging everything up on users? It turned out ugly. I drew conclusions.
