I was told that yes) the taxi driver came and said get out and pick up your order) I asked him, what about the delivery to the floor??? He answered that if the elevator is working, he will lift it, and if not, and in general, he is a taxi driver and he was not indicated anywhere for the elevator) I ordered the same in Silpo and Fori, there were no such questions) this was my last order in ATB

He started placing orders from the first decade of February 2024. Easy. Cashback "pending" appears almost immediately after payment of the order. Letyshops money for the previous month was credited to the balance on the night of 03/05/2024 at once for all orders of the previous month. As long as everything is equal.

I placed an order, 2.5 hours before the end of the promotion (in the evening), I received an SMS that the order was collected and they sent a wire for payment. But they gave me 2 minutes to pay, then payment is not possible... While I filled in the card data, it loaded and the payment site rejected.. Then I go to the site to pay again, it said that payment is possible after 8:00 in the morning, but at 6:00 in the morning I received an SMS that the store canceled my order. I have complaints against the store, not Lethishops.

Just disgusting online service. Not only can you “lose” some of the goods when placing an order in the basket itself, at the last step (where you select a store for pickup), but your order will simply be canceled without informing you. And even if you immediately chose the store that suits you, then, all the same, the goods may not be in stock, even if they are “available” and displayed as available on the site - someone simply does their job poorly and does not update the information there . As a result, no order, no champagne for the holiday, no cashback.
Very often there are no goods. And now an interesting condition has appeared - if there are no couriers, the order is transferred from delivery to pick-up. Moreover, you need to pay immediately, and then as you’re lucky. Naturally, I refused such service, it would be nice if the store was nearby, and still have to pay for a taxi (the order came out to almost 15 kg, there is no pleasure in carrying it in your hands).
