Okay, first I sent a screenshot of the operation as confirmation - it didn't suit them. Okay, fair. Then he sent them an official e-mail from the site where the purchase was made - it was also not the same, "give it another, from the bank" they say. I'm already getting burned ... but oh well, I try to be adequate (for example to them) and send two files with a bank statement [remind: just to remove an unreasonable ban]. So what? That's right, not that again! Here, from the stupidity of the situation, I still knock out the pallet and I'm already switching to a rougher tone, with REPEATED demands to explain why I lost access to my account at all and why should I now dance with a tambourine ?! The answer outraged my psyche: in the response message came the same template from which the correspondence began - "we just care about you." And that's all. And emptiness. “Well, that's my authority,” as they say. I don't give a damn about the account and the amount that was never returned to me - nerve cells are more expensive. *** To summarize: a large and well-known service, which a priori must have high-quality feedback, for which such situations are unacceptable - just like that, it just sat down with its tip in the mud. In my understanding, this is unacceptable, and I hope in yours too. Whoever reads these lines - heed me !: bypass this insidious 'money-giver' and go to a competitor, because a tiny percentage is not worth a potential hemorrhoid! Peace.
