Purchases at KIWOKO ES with cashback in Peru

I registered as a NEW CUSTOMER and they did NOT apply the Cashback that they advertise for NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATIONS. When buying two units of an item, THEY AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED A DISCOUNT without the option to remove it, therefore, when using a discount code, the Cashback for new registration is not applied but the super reduced one for a standard purchase is. BE CAREFUL WITH THAT. That does not seem right to me, since I registered as a new customer.

I'm still waiting for cashback since August. It's the first time I've used the app in this store and nothing, they didn't credit it to me after the purchase so I opened a request which has been open for about 3 weeks with no news, I didn't use any discount code or anything, but the cashback doesn't appear, I imagine they'll do the usual thing of giving me compensation of less than €1 for the "inconvenience" despite it being a purchase of €28 (I think I remember) but that's not the amount of cashback promised by the app of course.

As for cashback, I have always received it. You have to read carefully what is written in the Kiwoko rules about the codes. There are many people complaining that they are not receiving cashback that is not really theirs. On the other hand, they have a variety of products for my two cats, I always manage to find very good quality food at a good price. The last ones I bought are from the Criadores brand and I want to try Catzilla. Regarding home deliveries: terrible because they do it with SEUR and they do a very bad job. They say that you are not at home when you have been waiting all day, it arrives late if it arrives... Regarding the order with in-store collection, well, the last time it arrived late, and on top of that they did not notify me, I had to call the store myself to find out if it had arrived, because Customer Service did not resolve ANYTHING for me. In short, with Letyshops it was very good, but the online experience with Kiwoko, MUCH IMPROVABLE while in the physical store I never had any problems. They get a 5 for the great variety, discounts, cashback and the good functioning of the website.

He has never accepted any of the cashbacks. In this last purchase I had not used any discount, I met all the requirements,... and nothing, always some excuse. It had to be letyshop who made a payment on this last order...

I have been denied Cashback from Kiwoko for a season now, I open a dispute, but in the end nothing is ever returned to me. What is not normal is that the discount coupon from the Kiwoko website is not worth it, but if it is from letyshop...Whoever cheats, law. The purchase is over here... it's the same for me to buy it here as it is to buy it through the Kiwoko app, since they don't give me the Cashback. In kiwoko a FLASH30 coupon with a 30% discount on the 2nd unit and letyshop PRIMERAVEZKWKk 15% on everything... in the end it is the same, but since one code and not the other, they do not give you the Cashback, and the app I should give the option when you are going to make the purchase, otherwise, why do I want this application?

I like the store itself to buy things for my cat. But they would have to look at the cashback issue. The second time they canceled my cashback and told me it was for a code. I think that should be taken into account before telling you your cashback and then not denying it to you. A shame.

The store is good so far. I hope they don't cancel my cashback... I'm sorry to say that as long as they work with Seur I won't order anything else again. 3 days late in delivery, several complaints in the middle, they are not prepared to take on so much weight... and, on top of that, they give me someone else's order... they are the milk!

I was due a cashback of €7.02 but they denied it and they approved me one of €0.20. That's unpresentable. They put out an offer to attract people and then they give you back whatever they want. I will not buy from that store again. I should have read the comments before, because from what I see, I'm not the only one who is dissatisfied.

I have used it 2 times and the 2 times they have returned me is cashback. I will continue buying and using letyshops because I have a dog and this helps a lot!! I hope I don't have any problems in the future

The Cashback has been rejected for putting your welcome code and on top of that, after placing the order on January 28, we are on February 18 and I have only received half of the order. They should be removed from this app, it's misleading.
