I took it myself from the store a week later, I had to go twice: the goods were lost, the order was canceled, a new one was created. I received the entire order three weeks from the date of the order.
Cashback is, of course, lost. An application was submitted, more than a month of searching, and as a mockery, a cashback was charged on a second item worth UAH 1300, while on a product worth UAH 10,000. cashback, of course, is not credited.
And all the way I heard only one thing from various Foxtrot personnel: "Sorry, we can't do anything."
I can only say thank you to the manager Masha that the first product was delivered on time, despite the fact that it was delivered on a different date with a delay from the one originally specified when ordering.
