Again, problems with cashback in Citrus. Apparently, Citrus "cares and respects very much" its customers. The last two times I ordered in Citrus and both cashbacks were canceled. Each time you have to contact the Letyshops support service. I highly do not recommend Citrus for my devil-may-care attitude.

Under the terms of the cashback provision by Citrus UA store, from 01.11.2017 to 17.01.2018 cashback was accrued at a rate of 1.25% for only products from the Apple category (iPhone, iPad, Mac, AppleWatch, AppleTV). Cashback was not provided for other categories of goods.

Cashback credited!!! Thanks to the support service, which helped with issues with this store. The slightest change in the order (for example, I changed the color of the phone) and the manager creates a new order and does not tell you this, and if this is not tracked, then the cashback will naturally not be credited. Also, after the expiration of the cashback crediting period, it was displayed only thanks to the support service and my request with an attached print screen confirming my payment for the goods.
