Then they lied to me that the courier had been found and was already on his way - it turned out that he had just accepted the order and it would take him another 20-30 minutes to get to me (and it was already 9:20 p.m.). The guests left after the end of the story, the men couldn't wait for beer and ice cream for the women. I got on my nerves so much that I had an argument at the end of the evening with the man who advised me to cancel the order and take the money - I didn't listen, gave ipost one more chance - to deliver tomorrow 12.08 after 15 - the ipost consultant promised that they would deliver. 12.08 I was waiting for delivery until 19.04, I couldn't stand it, I started calling the ipost "hotline" and already another operator started promising to find a courier and call me back. are looking for, I explained that I have a broken leg and after 21 there will be no one to meet in a private house, I asked to hurry up with the search... until 21.10 no one answered, and when I called - it was constantly "busy" (I understand very well why ). Currently, at 12:30, no one from ATB has asked why my order has not been delivered for almost 2 days. THIS is what people work for - everything for the client who has already paid for the order (so why bother)!!!

I paid what was. and went to the refrigerators, found this promotional oil (of which there was a lot in the refrigerator). to which the cashier reacted, oh, she didn't see it. I do not understand why these online orders are needed, if this is the case. Before that, online orders were collected qualitatively. Although I always order in advance, it would be possible to assemble 10 times and check everything, instead of wasting my time!
