Every time I have complained to Zooplus and the delivery companies (DHL and GLS) and they remain the same, the last order literally arrived in the open box and they ended up returning the entire order to me just because I told them to take everything because I was sick of it. how things got. Too bad, I don't know if it's the fault of the couriers or Zooplus, but what I have clear is that they are not doing anything to improve.
Most of the orders I have placed have been perfectly registered and delivered as promised. If I have to highlight something bad, it is the low percentage of cashback that you get for each order (less than 1%) so you will not get much for your purchase. For the rest, I must recommend it since the service does it correctly
