Purchases at Myntra with cashback in Norway
- Cashback is not credited if payment has been done with Myntra Credits and/or Gift Cards.
- It may take up to 3 days for cashback for your order to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- Cashback is not credited if an order has been exchanged or returned.
- Cashback is not credited when the transaction is done from Internet Explorer.
- Cashback is not credited for gold orders, silver & gold coins, precious jewelry.
- Cashback is not credited for orders made for commercial purposes (where a user is known to be a reseller or where orders show that the user is purchasing goods in quantities greater than normal for domestic use).
- Cashback amount may get tracked with lower value and be corrected after cashback confirmation.
- Please note that the store can register each item of your order as a separate order and create an order for each item. In that case, the increased cashback can be applied to the first items registered in the store's system.
- Due to the shop's T&C any request for the lost cashback should be submitted till the 5th of the month next after that in which a corresponding order was made. Any request submitted later than that will be rejected automatically.
- Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
