There's always some kind of discount that generally exceeds the cashback, so no matter how much they accept the cashback, they end up denying it. Last time, Letyshops gave me the amount, but this time I'm not even going to complain because it's not their fault, but Mifarma's. On the other hand, I like the store itself, so I'll continue shopping, probably through this app for the sheer convenience. As a note, if they're not going to accept the cashback, they shouldn't let us register it, and that way we won't get any surprises when the message comes a month later.
