I chose to purchase in this store solely because of the more favorable conditions for cashback. As many have written here, in the end, when ordering, no cashback was automatically credited. Created an appeal to the Support Service. As a result, the 4th day went - and in response there was silence. The first time I have this with Leti. Deeply disappointed. Leti has always been distinguished by the quality and efficiency of his support, but apparently bad times have come for the company.

We made the first order for 17,000 - cashback was charged in a couple of minutes, but had to re-order (literally 20 minutes after the first), went as before through the service Letishops, everything was processed, but the second cashback was not charged. We needed delayed delivery and as it turned out, the store placed a new order and all documents not on the day of the actual order, but on the day of sending the goods by New Mail, so all confirming documents made on the date has no second order. On his own initiative and with the support of the care service, Letishops compensated most of the cashback at his own expense, for which I thank them very much!

I was led to an increased cashback, although the price was like everyone else's. I waited for him to appear on the lists, but unfortunately he never appeared. I read about negative experiences in reviews and hoped that I would be lucky. But no. This was not the case with other stores. I do not recommend it. I buy there only when there is a large cashback for Letishops, since without cashback I would take similar goods in other stores. And again, only in the foxtrot cashback problems are always counted every other time. Thanks to the Letyshops care service, who always promptly help resolve issues with this store. Even once they credited the cashback in advance, at their own expense, although the store itself has not yet had time to confirm. Letyshops 5 stars Foxtrot 2 stars.

Of all the stores, only Foxtrot had problems. They reissue the same order several times under different pretexts - and there is no cashback. Only after contacting the letyshops care service and thanks to their goodwill did the cashback return to me. This is not an anti-advertising of the store, but just facts, be careful in such cases.
