I strongly recommend neither the Foxtrot store nor the Letishops, everyone breeds and throws as he wants! In Foxtrot there is still the same classic, when the store sells a non-existent product, all the goods are in one "demo" quantity or are absent altogether, spent the whole day to find the right product for a hot cashback. And Letishops, in turn, just threw on the cashback, the cashback was not stupidly displayed, Letishops stupidly counts the cashback every other time, observing all the rules, and then long negotiations need to be knocked out through support, if you're lucky!

After ordering, an SMS comes - everything is in stock, I come to the store, and there it turned out that there was only one steamer left in the store, from the window and with a damaged hose (the price of the product is almost 5 thousand hryvnia, the cashback, respectively, should have been about 300) and if I don't fits and if I do not pick up the display case, then I need to wait for the delivery of another from the warehouse, and for this he creates a new order, respectively, without cashback 7.5% !!! To my question, what does the Internet order have to do with a specific display case, and why I was not warned that I would have to pick up the display case - the operator on the hotline bleats something about delivery that he cannot do anything, and other nonsense ... But the main thing - quickly, without my permission, cancels the order. I do not advise you to contact this store! AND I ADVISE TO THE LETSHOP TO BE CAREFULLY ABOUT THE CHOICE OF PARTNERS - THIS IS YOUR REPUTATION ALSO. And such as the foxtrot - to drive in the neck. And no, "double cashback" cannot be an adequate reason, because not all clients and do not always receive cashback for payments to Foxtrot from Monobank. But it is more convenient not to go into details, but simply to save on customers. It is a pity that I found out about such a restriction too late, otherwise I would have chosen another store. Although, after reading the reviews below, I realized that I did not lose much, since the store regularly practices cancellation of orders so as not to accrue cashback.
