They want people to run to the store in the old fashioned way and overpay for the goods.
I made a purchase yesterday. 1. Received an SMS that the order has been accepted and they will call me back. 2. The girl called back and agreed that there is an order and you can go to pick it up (the second SMS did not come). 3. Upon arrival at the store, the order was not found, but the purchase was made (attached a receipt). 4. SMS came only in the morning and immediately the third. As a result, the cashback burned.

At the first purchase (the average price of the phone), the cashback was credited within ~ a week and a half, but when I already ordered a TV, then there is no cashback, even while waiting, the amount is not the smallest. As a result, when I contacted Leti's support service, after a couple of days of investigation, they explained to me that the partners did not answer, did not confirm the order, Leti was compensated for 200 rubles so that I would participate in the drawing, but the cashback amount itself is several times more.
