Casa del Libro did not recognise my Cashback when I made the purchase, but the wonderful technical service mediated the situation. They gave me the Cashback in advance and have always been super attentive and responding very quickly. I am very happy, really. This is my third purchase here with increased cashback and the third time I have to complain and the purchase never appears in the system. I'm repeating this because letyshops always responds and that says a lot about them, but it's a pain to have to chase after cashback.
