It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- for the VAT (value added tax) that is included into each order amount;
- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart or your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Another order and no charges again. After submitting the application, I charged pennies where I exceeded PLN 120 for all purchases, either it works correctly or you do not return the cash at all. I have recommended many to my friends who also complain that they do not have a refund. They write these funny requests and 3 MC wait times. They charged me a few pennies for my last purchases, hehe, does anyone have a problem with calculating a refund from, for example, PLN 59 5% return, because if so, you have to let go. I am asking for an immediate solution to the problem because I will report the LetyShop software about misleading users. And if someone writes a message here and a rating, it hopes to be placed, probably this is the information to the LetyShops administrator.

Cashback is charged on the basis of data from the store. If the order does not appear in your account, it means that we have not received any information about it. This process can be influenced by various factors such as other applications, store conditions, purchase algorithm, etc. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly what caused the loss of cashback in one case or another, as stores do not provide us with this information with each order.
We are also not interested in this situation, because we ourselves get nothing in this case.
As we do not work directly with stores, it takes time to find out about the situation and look for cashback.
