Didn't receive cashback for the promotion! I contacted the support service - it's useless. I asked to work out my appeal in detail, find out the reason why I was not credited with cashback, find out the exact amount of my cashback, and credit me with the required interest. They returned only 977 rubles.

Cashback was not credited (about 10k rubles, for a promotion with an increased cashback). I waited almost 2 months for a decision. As a result, they returned only 3.5 thousand and that's it.
