In March 2022 I made a purchase, waited forever for cashback from Decathlon, despite the efforts of the entire Letyshops team, cancellation and proving that I am not a camel, the cashback was not paid to me - apparently it was credited to someone else due to a system error - this was reportedly reported by Decathlon to Letyshops. The question is why keep such a partner in the program - such behavior causes a negative perception of Letyshops.

Decathlon is the biggest rogue SYF on LetyShops. Every time they fail to recognize or cancel your cashback and you have to post an appeal. No matter what the amount, they are greedy and lying. The first time the LetyShops team returned the chasback to me. On the second and third I waved my hand at it because the amount was low because I was ordering cheap things. Now there should be more again and I count on help from the LetyShops staff. And Decathlon .. it's a pity to talk about the store what you like with Ruskies.

As far as we know, the store has not been cooperating with the Russian market since March. This store is our reliable partner. Charging cashback does not depend on the store's policy or subjective factors. Most often it is caused by technical factors, non-compliance with the store regulations or general rules for making purchases with cashback.
We hope that the result of examining the application will be positive and that the difficulties with obtaining the cashback will not be repeated in the future.

Purchases for PLN 400 within these 3 hours of clicking on the offer, but the store awarded a cashback of 3.6%, which is as if without a special offer. Fortunately, lety compensated for the difference, which amounted to over PLN 100, but the shop was not serious
