Unfortunately, the store leaves only bad memories. The sizes do not match the description on the website, trying on is not possible, product inspection before purchase is not provided (more than once I received shoes of a different size than ordered), they do not respond to messages, refund takes about 30 working days. Previously, the policy was completely different, it was allowed to try on and review things, now I still do not recommend this store.

The worst online clothing store. None of the three products have the same size grids as on the website. One product is small, the other two are large. In addition to all this, there is also a double conversion. Tried to contact support to find out in which currency to make the card so that there is no double conversion, but all in vain. And to issue a return is a complete horror.
It is interesting to know that cashback from purchases in the mobile application of this store is not accrued. Last time I made an order through the application, and everything was fine. Every time something is confused.
Unfortunately, we do not receive rewards for such purchases, so we indicated this in the store conditions.
These are fraudsters, not an online store, I returned the product almost a month ago, the funds are not returned!!!! It's impossible to call, they don't respond to e-mail, Instagram, or Facebook!!!
The bottom, not the store. Calling is not realistic. On the website, one size grid is indicated - in fact, it is a product with other sizes. For example: I ordered sneakers, on the website it is written that 30 cm is a size 47, the size 47 arrived, but it is 31 cm (which is indicated on the tag of the sneakers themselves). Now, I am forced to return these sneakers at my own expense. The genius answer of the manager in the messenger, after 3 days of waiting: we have a "universal grid" on our website (!!!). Now I've wasted my time, I'll lose money on shipping the sneakers, and I'll lose my cashback. By the way, my wife ordered a jacket for herself, the size arrived twice as large as stated.
