They sent a defective product, communicated about the exchange with passive aggression. After reading reviews about returns/exchanges and defective products, I lost hope of a solution. However, I wrote a review on the hotline and the procedure was accelerated. They replied that they would exchange the product, but 5 minutes after the conversation they wrote that they would return the money, as the product was not available. However, the product was available on all sites where they advertise. These are scammers and I do not recommend anyone to order from this site. It is better to overpay some 200 UAH and order on another site with confidence that the item corresponds to the description and works, otherwise you will get a cat in a bag.

However, your accusations of fraud seem to us to be unjustified. Regarding the exchange, it is really more profitable for the store than returning the product. When agreeing the exchange, we checked the availability of the product and, unfortunately, it turned out that it is not available.
It is worth noting that information about the availability of goods on the site is updated with a certain delay. We understand how it may look from the client's side, but please take into account that the company has its own internal processes that require time for their implementation.
