I was never credited with the cashback automatically, the first time due to my mistake, the following times I still didn't understand why. I promptly asked LetyShops customer service for help and they were always very friendly and professional in trying to help me so I wouldn't make any more mistakes in the future. They also credited me the cashback amount from their fund. For the rest I always use redcare because it is reliable and has very affordable prices.

I'm not happy with this site: they advertise delivery in 1/3 working days but today is the 3rd day and the order is still being processed, not even shipped; cashback was immediately recognized, now it is awaiting credit, as always takes a long time but we know that this is the case; the order email doesn't arrive immediately, it's not contextual, order placed at 6pm, I didn't have anything in hand until late at night and not even a summary of the items ordered is posted, just the amount paid. You have to log in to the site to check everything, which is impractical. I await the package with confidence to see the conditions
