Pleasant prices. It is quite convenient to order through the website. Minus for delivery. In my case, it was divided into orders and everything was delivered, except for one item. The next day, another courier from New Post still delivered the parcel. It is surprising that one item of my goods was worth UAH 22, and delivery by the new post office was UAH 78 at their expense. So you can get into the red if you separate and deliver each product by separate couriers..

Issued Order No. 000178299 at 19:29 on 11/25/2022 from two positions for full prepayment from the card. They said the delivery date was 2/12. On 2/12 we ourselves wrote to the store's support service about the status of the order, where we were informed that one position (the main one for us because of which the order was placed) was no longer available. They began to offer everything that was not right and crumble in excuses. No business ethics and responsible attitude towards customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My first order, and the first negative. The information on the website is completely out of date. Out of 16 items in my order, only 4 were available. A lot of wasted time. Of course, I canceled the order, since I didn't really need those 4 items, and the reason why I made the order was not available.

I order here 1-2 times a week. Good assortment. I compared prices, most of the goods are cheaper than in the Metro. A lot of cashbacks are now hanging in anticipation. I hope they arrive. The only thing that is not very convenient for me is to accept 1 order in parts. My last order was divided into 4.

The store is from the Fozzy group, so many of the products that are also sold in Silpo \ Fozzy \ Trash, but the prices in Maudau are somewhere lower. Everything is ok in terms of the quality of goods and delivery, the support service also works perfectly, the reaction to all questions and problems that arise is as customer-oriented as possible. Already made 4 orders. The only negative is different warehouses with alcohol and food, respectively, delivery is expensive in case of a small order. But if you collect a basket for 1000+ UAH of alcohol or food, then they will deliver it for free (office / courier of the NP).
