Purchases at Mamaearth with cashback in Italy
- for products which value is Rs 50 or less;
- for orders with a value of more than Rs 4,000 on prepaid basis;
- for the 3rd and all next orders for the same client's ID;
- for bulk orders;
- for gift cards/free and trial products;
- in case of using any third-party coupons. Only valid coupons issued by Mamaearth official website can be used;
- for orders made using partner coupons (codes distributed by Mamaearth in Phonepe, Paytm, Gpay);
- if a coupon with more than 20% discount has been used.
- It may take up to 3 days for cashback for your order made on Mamaearth to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- Due to the shop's T&C any request for the lost cashback should be submitted till the 5th of the month next after that in which a corresponding order was made. Any request submitted later than that will be rejected automatically.
- Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.

Product from mamaearth is really good and could see the results on continued usage and planting trees for every order according to the names is an unique initiative.But I have not received the cashback yet and it still says cashback pending. I would like to request lety shops to look into it and give the cashback as soon as possible. Thank you

An approximate date on which your cashback should be credited to your account balance can be found under the "Orders and finances" section among the order details. We need to wait a little bit :)

There is some problem with Mamaearth only. This is the 2nd time i have had the same problem the Cashback does not even appears in pending section

We are also interested in tracking cashback. Only in this case we get a commission for the order from partners. Information about the order can be lost in case of:
- switching to other tabs during the order;
- adding goods by link from another source (Telegram/Whatsapp/Viber/groups from social networks/YouTube/sites with coupons, promotional codes, discounts);
- if there was an accidental click on an advertising banner.

It was mentioned that I will receive a cashback once my order has been delivered. Now they are saying that I'm not eligible for a cashback since I applied some coupon. If it was so you should have mentioned it at the time of my purchase. Very unhappy with the service.

Cashback approval time differs for each shop. It is necessary for checking information about the order and data transfer. Maximum waiting time for cashback in Mamaerth is 90 days.
Cashback is not credited in case of using any third party coupons. Only valid coupons issued by Mamaearth official website can be used. This condition is also available on the store's page.
