I bought a product worth almost 400 euros, the cashback appeared immediately regularly with the status "pending". after about a month it was "rejected". I wrote to Letyshop support who gave the following answer "there are agreements between the shop with a third party partner, so it is not possible to recognize the cashback". despite my insistence (since all the cashback rules have been respected), I have not received the refund I was entitled to.
