I was afraid that they would not give me the cashback because of all the negative comments there are. Fortunately, following all the letyshops recommendations and the store's rules, I already have 3x$300 pending from the last coupon that came out. Note: I did everything from the letyshops app and uninstalled the amazon app, so that it could be done through the letyshops browser. At the moment I made another minor purchase with the Amazon app installed, and I'm waiting for the cashback to drop too... I'll update what happens.
The truth is dirt.... when the cashback is high for whatever reason it is lost... but when you are going to get cents back there if without anger... that is false advertising and even scam, they hook you with promise of a good comeback and then you get high because you don't get the supposed cashback.

good alternative to recover something, if I have my cashback in the purchases I have made, just wait until it is no longer pending.
I did it with several purchases and I have not received pending cash back or anything, always with Amazon it is a scam

It takes a long time to credit the cashback but they always end up giving it to you in the end, you just have to be patient.
Sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know what I'm doing wrong when it doesn't work. I try to follow the instructions as described, and even doing the same steps sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. However, several cash backs have been applied. Thank you Lety shops :)
