From 06.06.2023 and purchases at Decathlon, there is no information about the accrued cashback. No transaction was found in the Letyshops.com system, even though the system registered a redirection to the store and I sent the order number. After reporting a missing transaction, an order confirmation request was sent to the store. The waiting time for consideration is 4 months. Considering that I was buying a scooter for a child for the summer, it will be just right for these 4 months for the winter. So far, the worst cashback site I've come across and I use many and have had no problems with any of them.

In March 2022 I made a purchase, waited forever for cashback from Decathlon, despite the efforts of the entire Letyshops team, cancellation and proving that I am not a camel, the cashback was not paid to me - apparently it was credited to someone else due to a system error - this was reportedly reported by Decathlon to Letyshops. The question is why keep such a partner in the program - such behavior causes a negative perception of Letyshops.

Decathlon is the biggest rogue SYF on LetyShops. Every time they fail to recognize or cancel your cashback and you have to post an appeal. No matter what the amount, they are greedy and lying. The first time the LetyShops team returned the chasback to me. On the second and third I waved my hand at it because the amount was low because I was ordering cheap things. Charging cashback does not depend on the store's policy or subjective factors. Most often it is caused by technical factors, non-compliance with the store regulations or general rules for making purchases with cashback.
