Divorce of pure water. Let me give you an example: There was a promotion on the 5th anniversary of Letyshops and they gave 8% discounts on Booking. Booked Anker Hotel in Norway for UAH 5300 per day. I went incognito through a Google search on Booking and booked the same room in the same hotel, but for UAH 4294. Total for 1000 UAH flight. Which is 19% of the cost. In total, it is 11% more expensive to book through Letyshops than directly, even taking into account the cashback.

In my opinion, it would be more convenient if in the Personal Account there was an opportunity for the user to independently delete canceled reservations and orders (so as not to hang in the Pending Confirmation). In particular, booking.com has the option of booking free of charge up to a certain date, which many people use.

This is pain and suffering !!! People, humans, before using hotel reservations through Letyshops, think about whether it is worth fighting with them later! Everything that I booked on the Booking resource, I hardly knocked out from them. This can take a very long time (from six months to a year, boldly). During correspondence with support, the same phrase will sound - no reconciliation, no reconciliation yet! now I have 586 rubles hanging in anticipation for booking a hotel on 02/25/2018, i.e. a year has passed and silence! There was no return. As soon as I start writing to them in support, an apology will begin and after a while I hope a return will come. So I'll check it out!
