Update: After several emails of trying to figure out what was going on and trying different things the team at letyshop were finally able to get it figured out. Thank you for the great customer service. Original post: I have been trying to cash out for three days and it says it sends a code to my phone but that code never comes. I tried several times but nothing.

Repeated cashback issues. Many valid transactions go untracked, and support denies claims with vague, unreasonable excuses. There’s no transparency, and it feels like a way to avoid paying users. My withdrawal is stuck despite being eligible. Very disappointed, this app has become unreliable and misleading. Not recommended at all.

wow. read the terms and conditions. each clause ends in lost of the cash back. haven't used it yet but the terms alone deterred me from wanting to use it. need to accept cookies,turn off notifications,the list goes on. oh and by any means you mange to do everything by the book you still run the risk of not getting any Cashback if u use a cell phone that they don't approve.terms and conditions did not specify on those specific mobiles. NO THANK U LETT RIPS OFF
