I manage to access today and it tells me that I have to pick up the package at the logistics center, in the middle of nowhere, without giving options to those who do not have a vehicle or cannot transport a package of these dimensions, that is why you ask for it at home . They give a lousy service, they hire an agency with worse service and not happy with that they don't answer your calls.
