Purchases at Temu with cashback in Ireland
A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order not to lose your cashback, we recommend you to delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del to do that. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual amount of the payment, without taking into account any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
The amount of cashback credited to your account balance may differ from the amount previously displayed. This is due to the difference in exchange rates between the store operating currency and your account currency, as well as the deduction of VAT and any other applicable fees from the amount shown as "Pending".

If I created a new temu account today, but from the phone where I ordered before, but from other accounts, will it count as a new account?
The new customer rate may not apply if you log in to any account from the same device used for the previous login.
Is it possible that the cashback appears the second day after the order? I placed an order 2 hours ago and the cashback has not yet appeared in the waiting list?

Cashback from Temu may appear in your personal account within 48 hours after purchase. But if it does not appear, you can always create a request through the "Help" section. We will do our best to find it and return it to you ❤

The process of accruing cashback consists of several stages.
At the first stage, the cashback appears in your personal account in the status "Pending". This means that we have received information from the store that the order has already been placed.
The store needs time to process the purchase information and transfer it to us. In the second stage, we receive order confirmation data from the store and the cashback changes to the “Accrued” status.
Then it can be withdrawn to a card or charity.
