I activated a one-time x8 cashback, placed an order for 3410 UAH, I received a notification that the product had been selected, I needed to make a payment, I paid... Then they called and said that one item is out of stock and I need to cancel the order to get a refund. Okay, it happens , errors in the availability of goods, I can understand, but why, because of your stupidity, should I now wait 14 days for a refund, instead of immediately going and buying up in another more decent store!? As a result: 1) There is no product 2) There is no money 3) There is no cashback, because it can only be used for one purchase that was spoiled.

It is convenient for me - there is no need to stand in line and choose goods from the shelves. Sometimes I don't find it on the shelves, but it is on the website.
