At first, Victoria's manager answered me: "We sent a request to the program through which we cooperate with stores. We received an automatic reply that the purchase was not assigned to our service." And she listed the alleged reasons for losing cashback, quickly closing my appeal on this matter. But I had screenshots of the screen with activated cashback during checkout and our communication with the manager continued. As a result of this not short correspondence, I was informed that: "The partners contacted us and informed us that a failure had occurred. Some orders were fixed with an erroneous status. We sent them the data on your order for rechecking." Gathered to recheck "a few weeks". The bottom line is that one day, while I was talking with the manager, Moyo had an increased cashback again and I placed an order for the second time. But this time its size was 35% lower than the previous one, and this cashback still appeared in my account in a pending status. It was impossible to wait for "several weeks", it was necessary either to receive the first order and wait for a positive response from partners, or to pick up an order with a lower cashback. I did not risk it, especially since the reviews to the store contain examples of a "consoling cashback" from Letyshops in the amount of UAH 100-200. In my case, I did not receive a cashback a little more than 1100 UAH, but received 700 UAH for the second order in the pending status. Which is not bad, of course, but very strange why the first one was lost by someone ?! It's also funny that I canceled the first order on March 18, and on March 23, Victoria's manager wrote to me that "I'm glad you managed to re-issue the order with a burning cashback." And as it turned out, this information is available on the Moyo website simply by the order number. Why check it manually? Are the inquiries to partners accurately directed?
