Terrible. I made two purchases, one for €3,900 and another for €2,850. They never recognised the cashback and LS's only solution was to offer me €15 as consolation, when the corresponding amount was +€250 cashback. Nobody takes responsibility for large amounts. Terrible.

Click to go to the Media Markt store. -Accept all cookies from media Markt. -Important: Add the product to the basket once the cashback has been activated, if you already had it in the basket you risk the cashback not appearing. -Make the purchase. I was very afraid of losing my cashback but it is one of the stores that works best.

A real scam... I bought a Mac here just for the cashback. It also had a profit and it was 12%. I followed the steps exactly to make sure there were no errors. Even so, Letyshops makes the excuse that Media Markt says that lost cashback can no longer be recovered and only pays me 10e... If I do this through Letyshops, this is the one that should solve or compensate for the problems, of course not. with 10e being much higher than the amount due. Requests are useless because they repeat the same thing over and over again, which makes you feel even more helpless.
