For orders with a total value of $ 150, a refund - UAH 50 - is ridiculous, to be honest. The same story with non-cashback crediting, subject to all the rules, is repeated for the second time during the sale. Moreover, outside of the sale, everything is credited correctly. I will not use your cashback anymore during Aliexpress sales, since there are a lot of such services.
