- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.

I would like to warn everyone interested in 5 (5.5)% cashback on the AliExpress website: this rate is actually valid only for four (not the most popular, except for clothes) product categories: 1) mobile accessories (not phones - only accessories!), 2) clothing, 3) interior items, 4) garden equipment. Everything else is only 1.5 (1.65)%. In addition, in a number of stores with mobile electronics (phones / tablets ...) cashback is not charged at all! Thus, in the statement "cashback up to 5 (5.5)%" the keyword is not "5 (5.5)%" and "TO" - largely misleading users, as other categories are much more than those listed four (although formally, of course, everything is logical - to complain about anything).
