For small purchases it works without problems, but when you make a large purchase the algorithm strangely fails. I'm not the only one that has happened to him... When you write to customer service they tell you that it's not their fault, but the store's. The end result is that you hire a service and it does not comply. Obviously they are covered since in the terms and conditions they make it clear that they are not responsible for the failures of their algorithm... If it is your product they should be responsible for their failures, I say... The end result, they have not solved anything for me , they offer me a coupon to increase my cashback for 2 days, which doesn't make sense, it's spending money again. They have returned a sixth of what they should have and they offer me more cashback... Anyway... I will not use this service again.

If the monetization in this app is based on technology, let's just say it leaves a lot to be desired. It has already happened to me on several occasions that before making a purchase I make sure that the browser extension is activated and when I make the purchase the cashback does not appear. After submitting a request for them to manage it in the store and the operation appears reflected in the Letychops statistics (waiting 4 months), the answer is that since the seller does not answer them, they cannot do anything. I am already considering the veracity of said service (in small purchases it works but in a purchase of more than €400 they wash their hands.)

They give you money back from your purchases, even if it's a few cents, but in the end it's a lot of money. I have obtained €40 with my purchases from Aliexpress and Shein. Some platforms, such as Mediamark, do not accept cashback from the Canary Islands website, which seems to me to be a negative point. I have only withdrawn money once and the experience was good, in a couple of days I had the money deposited in my account. I am happy with the Chrome extension and the app in general, therefore I recommend it and will continue to use it.

It is a very useful app, every time you buy you get a percentage back, it may take a few months but if it arrives it arrives and you can use the Cashback money in other purchases or transfer it to your account. It is wonderful!!
