At first I was upset, and I opened the relevant request to retrieve it. The management seemed slow because the application informed you that they were awaiting the store's response and that it could take up to 3 months. Later, I was assigned to a person who would be with me during this process. And to her, to Anna, I also want to thank her again for the kind and close treatment she gave me during these days. At last, I have recovered my cashback so I am very happy and excited. Wishing to buy again soon and that no more incidents of this type are generated.

99% of the time they keep the cashback claiming that you have done something wrong (when the times they give it to you you have done the same) or that the store has not given them the commission. Especially when they are purchases of a lot of money as it happened to me with several mobile phones etc. It's my fault (if it's true) because I believe that they are making gold by having millions of people making them earn money without receiving anything in return. For my part, I will no longer use this website nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Cash-back and operations are generally good, but it is useless if commitments are not met. I made a purchase at El Corte Inglés with significant cash-back, the operation failed (which is quite frequent) and I had to claim it. After 4 months of waiting and several claims they have compensated me with a bonus for an amount much lower than the one committed in the purchase conditions and a closed incident with the justification that the store does not answer them. The agreements that letyshops have with their stores and that are offered on this platform seem very little serious to me. From now on I will look for other alternatives.

Loss of cashback can be caused by several factors: violation of store terms, prolonged payment (more than one hour), use of promotional codes. If for some reason, the cashback does not appear, this means that the store has not sent any remuneration for your order, therefore we try to reward at least a part of the cashback that the user does not get, from our funds.
Unfortunately, we have not received a response from the store regarding your order. We understand that you are not happy with the solution and that the bonus that we have credited you does not correspond to the cashback, but we cannot do anything else :(
