The eternal problem with cashback... It is rarely calculated automatically. On days with an increased refund, it is already certain that it will not be calculated automatically. After submitting an application, you wait for weeks for consideration until they finally find the problem, that the regulations were supposedly broken. Today I placed an order with increased cashback, which appeared in my waiting list very quickly after about an hour. Unfortunately, the standard cashback was charged and not what was in the x3 order. I checked the table for calculating returns in the Empik store, it is 1.25% and that's what I was charged and it should be 3.75%. This looks very unfavorable. You encourage customers with increased returns that are not realized. I give it two stars because the refund was received very quickly and I didn't have to write an additional report.

At the moment when Letyshops stated percentage of cashback as “up to 30%” I made a purchase and as pending cashback received only 7%. I feel this phrase “up to” misleading and want to see accurate amount of cashback next time.
