Unfortunately, the food came only 10 kg, and I did not get the 2 extra ones, because I bought not 10 kg, even though it is exactly the one mentioned on the list of promotional food. I advise against.

As for the store itself - great, 5/5 stars, cheap, extensive assortment. When it comes to the return from Summer, unfortunately it never gets charged to me. I tried, as instructed by the employee, to remove the cookies, reinstall the plug-in, but it didn't work. The waiting time for finding the purchase is also unfortunately long. There must be some mistake between Lety and Zooplus, because it's impossible for every single purchase to run away. I am currently waiting for one purchase to be found. So far, I have already made 2 more orders ...

Store very good, prices and products are great. However, I give a low rating as I buy there every month and every time there is a problem getting cashback the store always loses them. Usually, I make large purchases for sick cats (who knows how much it can cost per month) and I have to manually add these orders with proofs of purchase, because a few zlotys of cashback would run away every time: /

Cashback for purchases in June and July 2020 recognized only in November ?! Weird. And the Zooplus.pl store, like Bitiba.pl, I like and recommend the most advantageous purchases for animals. It is a pity that you cannot get cashback from Bitiba.pl. Something could be done to make them join the cooperation with you.

Cashback is credited within the maximum waiting period that can be found on the shop's website. For Zooplus Polska it is 90 days. As soon as the store sends the confirmation, the funds are credited to your account.
