This is pain and suffering !!! People, humans, before using hotel reservations through Letyshops, think about whether it is worth fighting with them later! Everything that I booked on the Booking resource, I hardly knocked out from them. This can take a very long time (from six months to a year, boldly). During correspondence with support, the same phrase will sound - no reconciliation, no reconciliation yet! now I have 586 rubles hanging in anticipation for booking a hotel on 02/25/2018, i.e. a year has passed and silence! There was no return. As soon as I start writing to them in support, an apology will begin and after a while I hope a return will come. So I'll check it out!

After checking out of the hotel, I waited for cashback for more than a month, but received a message that the promised cashback would not be available. In general, they deceived me.

To find out the reason for the non-accrual of cashback for your order, we contacted partners. An answer was received that the reward for the order was credited to another resource.
This could happen if, before registration, you accidentally clicked on an advertising banner, followed another affiliate link from the mailing list, or you have installed a browser extension that overwritten our affiliate link.
Since we ourselves did not receive a reward, as far as possible, we partially credited the cashback as a bonus.
In the future, please try to temporarily disable third-party extensions and not switch to other tabs during checkout. Other recommendations that will reduce the risk of losing your cashback are displayed on this page .
