It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.

- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;

- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.

Cashback is always credited. I have never had any kind of problems. Of course, it takes a few months to be accredited.

There may be slight fluctuations in the order value and, therefore, in the cashback amounts. After all, AliExpress has its own exchange rate in which it conducts cash transactions. Cashback is calculated from the dollar amount converted into euros at the current exchange rate.
Please also note that the cashback is calculated on the total amount, excluding shipping costs, discounts and coupons.

I don't feel cashback at all. 1.2% is about nothing. And most importantly, up to 6% are advertised everywhere - it's ridiculous. Already almost gold status, but I see no reason to continue to cooperate with you. I will say goodbye.

There are two standard charging rates for purchases on AliExpress: 1% and 5%. It depends on the category of the product.
Most of your purchases likely end up in the non-affiliate products section. You can check the cashback rate before placing an order using the tool on the store page.
