After opening a dispute, the Letyshops team quickly handled the incident, indicating that the reason was an "order cancellation," which didn't occur. After confirming that the order wasn't canceled, the Letyshops team credited me with the cashback directly while they managed the commission with the store. I can't give 5 stars because the store doesn't seem to have credited the cashback correctly, but I'm happy with the way Letyshops' customer service handled it.
