At first, the store didn't automatically credit the cashback, and after formally requesting it, they rejected the request for "violation of purchase rules" without providing any further explanation. After opening a dispute, the Letyshops team quickly handled the incident, indicating that the reason was an "order cancellation," which didn't occur. After confirming that the order wasn't canceled, the Letyshops team credited me with the cashback directly while they managed the commission with the store. I can't give 5 stars because the store doesn't seem to have credited the cashback correctly, but I'm happy with the way Letyshops' customer service handled it.

I placed an order worth €78 when I was on x5 and they didn't credit me the cashback, and now they put me on hold for 4 months. A disappointment.
