Letyshops received a response from the support service: "The cashback was not found. We contacted the store. We are waiting for an answer up to 4 MONTHS!" And judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one. And I wish the store to improve its service! The last time, when they made the shipment of goods only by prepayment, the parcels began to "go" for a very long time, and they were packed as if it were a garbage bag with old things (just wrinkled things were put into the bag mixed with shoes).

The double conversion is currently very noticeable due to the difference in exchange rates between mastercard - UAH 29.25, and our banks - UAH 35. Once upon a time when buying, for example, from AliExpress, the conversion also happened, but it was not noticeable, and sometimes, on the contrary, it was +. Because the exchange rate in our banks was at the same level, or even lower, than that of the international payment system.

Before paying with a Ukrainian payment card, pay attention to "Possible conversion, as the presented payment methods are international platforms for online payment." Instead of 1,037 hryvnias, 1,159 hryvnias were deducted from my card, which is 12% more than stated on the website. The support service wrote "Unfortunately, the operator's talk time is limited. We have provided you with the available information. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding." That is, the stated price in UAH on the site does not correspond to reality, they are understated. You will have to pay 12% more when paying. This is not decent from the SINSAY store.
