The thing is that in some stores, the status "Fulfilled by seller" means that the seller has independently changed the order status. Unfortunately, this is not confirmation that the buyer has actually received the goods.
In order for us to help and credit the cashback, you need to provide proof of purchase, for example, a screenshot from Nova Poshta, a payment receipt, or any other document confirming the purchase.
