I don't know exactly who caused the disservice (probably Douglas) but they canceled my orders twice within a few days. Without informing about the cancellation, among other things, I discovered it by chance when returning to the order. Then after my various attempts by calling and sending e-mails they replied that it had been canceled due to a technical disservice. so I advise against making app purchases from Douglas (and Douglas in general).
