They sent a defective product, communicated about the exchange with passive aggression. After reading reviews about returns/exchanges and defective products, I lost hope of a solution. However, I wrote a review on the hotline and the procedure was accelerated. They replied that they would exchange the product, but 5 minutes after the conversation they wrote that they would return the money, as the product was not available. However, the product was available on all sites where they advertise. These are scammers and I do not recommend anyone to order from this site. It is better to overpay some 200 UAH and order on another site with confidence that the item corresponds to the description and works, otherwise you will get a cat in a bag.

We understand how it may look from the client's side, but please take into account that the company has its own internal processes that require time for their implementation. Then they call on the 18th and say that they will be able to send it on the 22nd-23rd, but the amount will be more expensive (I placed an order for 3199, but they changed the price to 3459). Made an order at TOUCH on 12/15/2023. They informed us that "Your order No. 447230 is already waiting in the store, Titova Street, 32A, TZL "Appolo 2". I came to pick up the goods, and they just started collecting them at my place (I waited 15-20 minutes). Then it turned out that the amount for which I made the order - UAH 1,448 remains the same if I pay in cash, and if I pay by card, it is 2% higher. I was offered to withdraw cash and pay. Some strange policy of the store. Maybe this is how the employees earn? I recommend taking into account that the price of the ordered goods subject to change without notice!
