On July 2, 2023, I wrote to them on Instagram, I thought maybe I could learn something there. But there they only respond with standard phrases without any specifics: "we are waiting for a response from the warehouse." It's ridiculously normal to wait 10 days for a response from the warehouse! In fact, they stole money. I strongly advise against buying anything in this store to avoid losing your own money. The store sucks! The attitude towards customers is as rude and disrespectful as possible! There are no complaints about letishops.

In general, I am satisfied with the store, but the cashback takes a VERY long time to be confirmed and credited. In some cases, the cashback is "lost", but the problem is partly solved by LetyShops. Refunds by the store do not have clear deadlines and are related to the return verification date, which the buyer cannot verify and accelerate in any way, which leads to the possibility of delaying the refund, without any responsibility of the seller.

We ordered shoes, they came quite quickly, the quality is good. Cashback has not been credited yet. Please note that product reviews are prohibited in this store! They took it as a courier to try on the shoes right away and return what didn't fit. But you can't do that in them and in any one store. Pay the funds, only then inspect and measure. Well, the courier will not be able to arrange the return right away either. They made a return through the Ukrainian post office, there is a refund for delivery if you deposit a check. While we are waiting for the return, I do not know whether the delivery will be taken into account.
