saturn tried to scam me the item i ordered and bought directly online saturn the order had to be placed the item was out of stock waiting time three months but after two weeks waiting time the money was withdrawn from my account absolute freedom from paypal i think it was not legal the money may only be withdrawn when the item is on its way to the buyer. Then the item finally arrived after more than 3 months of waiting, after opening the box and unpacking, I found that the keyboard was not a German version, the next finding was that the item was not new, all the protective film was removed and reapplied with a lot of bubbles, I I immediately informed the hotline and listed all the defects and documented them with a picture, the responsible Saturn didn't want to believe me I had to send picture documents again to the Saturn clerk + additional A sworn statement with the Notbock return heels a yes there was something else I should do pay for the return yourself despite communication with the first clerk at Saturn, up until then several explanations from Emil and telephone calls to the hotline were necessary. In my eyes this was a scam attempted and failed. I advise everyone to think twice about buying by Saturn online and avoiding the stress and loss of time.
