Please change carrier. I was at home but they sent the shipment to the fermepoint. Result: I have not received the order and I have to go and collect it as soon as I can. I cannot review the product yet

Good shop for the quality/price of the products, the cashback waiting times need to be improved which are very long, the maximum waiting time is often exceeded but the shop does not send confirmation to Letyshop and therefore the cashback remains pending, or Letyshop sometimes , out of kindness to its customers, anticipates the cashback. All in all I was quite satisfied.

Each store has its own terms for confirming cashback. The timings are indicated on the shop page of our service. As soon as partners transfer a reward, the cashback status changes to "Confirmed". If you have further questions, you can always write to us in the "Help" section.
