Please don't shop at Zalando: Losses (or theft of returned packages) in which Zalando tells you that you returned the package empty and completely turns its back on you. Its business practices leave much to be desired in terms of transparency and ethics. Please do not contribute to maximizing its profits.

One of the worst stores that letyshops operates with. There is no way to prove a cashback, they always have to be claimed and from what I see here it is not just my thing. One wonders if it is worth wasting time entering through letyshop when it is always time to open a claim. I have tried everything, from entering by computer, from the mobile, tablet, it doesn't matter the result is always the same, if you want, claim and we'll see if it helps. At the moment I have two open incidences, yesterday I made another purchase from another device through the letyshops application and I see that I am going to have to open the third one, hopefully it will be of some use. It is also true that it is one of the few stores that I use that give so many problems from letyshops.
